Apartment Marin is a newly renovated 4 star apartment (60 square meters) with  1 bed room and a fully equipped kitchen, private entrance, private terrace, free WIFI and free parking facilities.
It can accommodate 2 persons with the addition of a baby crib. It is an ideal place for a romantic getaway / honeymoon.
All rooms have a smart TV with free movie and sports channels The apartment has a furnished terrace with a beautiful view over the Mlini bay and a 4 person private hot tub.
​In the unfortunate case of a rainy day you will have a relaxed cosy apartment with a spectacular view of the Adriatic in front of the property.

PRICING IN HIGH SEASON 01 JUNE UNTIL 22 SEPTEMBER AND LOW SEASON (ALL REMAINING PARTS OF THE YEAR).

Prices are from 140-180 Euros per night depending on the season, availability.
​Minimum stay is 5 days and we can also give you a discount for weekly stays.

Both Apartment Kristina  and Marin can be rented together. By opening the sliding door on the terrace the two apartments can be easily joined into one.

What to see and what to do?


Casa Milolaza has an ideal location in between the airport and the city Center of Dubrovnik.
It can be used as a place to simply relax, enjoying the terrace and jacuzzi or going to one of the many beaches in the surrounding area.

For those that want to see and explore the surrounding area it is also ideal because the apartments are located within a 1-2 hours drive  from various interesting sites such as:
1.wineries and oyster production sites on the peninsula of Peljesac.
2.The wineries in the Konavle valley.
3. The Elaphite islands.
4. The island of Korcula.
5. The city of Mostar (located in neighbouring Bosnia and Herzegovina).
6.The pilgrimage town of Medjugorje (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
7.The bay of Kotor (in neighbouring Montenegro).
8. Game of throne filming sites tours.

Renting a car is not really necessary if you just plan to stay in the immediate area (the area of 14 km between Cavtat, Mlini and Dubrovnik) because public transportation is nearby (bus, taxi, uber, including regular taxi boats to Dubrovnik and Cavtat center from Mlini port. Average travel time to Dubrovnik by taxi boat/bus is about 15 minutes).
If you do decide to rent a car be aware that payed parking in Dubrovnik can be very expensive. 


 Casa Milolaza can organise an airport shuttle and various private tours by boat or car to all locations mentioned above.
